Making to choice to bypass the bowl, knowing I would have to write it down if I ate it, and knowing that I already had momentum going with my yogurt for breakfast and banana for a snack and healthy soup for lunch made it much easier. I'm keeping my eyes firmly focused on the prize - a more sexy, confident me! Thank you, Ellie, for sharing your stories for our inspiration!
